Lucy & Yak launches buyback scheme

Designed to keep clothes in circulation for longer, the retailer’s scheme is offering vouchers of up to £20 off future purchases with the brand when returning any pre-loved items to a Lucy & Yak store. The retailer says the scheme “offers a new way for customers to return, recirculate and recycle their old Yaks”.คำพูดจาก สล็อตเว็บตรง

Under the scheme, pre-loved pieces are returned in exchange for a voucher to spend online or in-store with the buyback items resold or, if too damaged to resell, recycled so that they don’t end up in landfill. Customers will be able to take their old Yaks into any Lucy & Yak store, including the newly-announced Nottingham location and the recently-opened Norwich store — both of which are ReYak hubs that host upcycling and repair workshops.Lucy Greenwood, co-founder of Lucy & Yak, said: “We’re always looking for new ways to be circular and ensure that our items are kept in use for as long as possible; we believe that brands should take responsibility for the lifecycle of their pieces even after they have been bought. The buyback scheme joins a list of sustainable initiatives from Lucy & Yak, including regular (Im)perfect Yaks Sale, and a Re:Yak Marketplace Facebook group.
